Terms & Conditions

Last updated · August 2026

1. Agreement

By using SkillsOpus you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you use SkillsOpus on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. What SkillsOpus is

SkillsOpus is a curated library of skills — instruction documents — for Claude and other AI agents. You can browse and download skills, and connect the library to an AI client over MCP.

The service is free today. A paid plan may be introduced later; if it is, we'll say so clearly before anything changes, and anything you've already downloaded stays yours.

3. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access; no scraping beyond normal use; no uploading of unlawful or malicious content.

Skills you submit must be yours to submit and must not contain malware or hidden data-exfiltration.

5. Skills & content

Each skill is provided under the license shown on its page. You're responsible for reviewing that license and for how you use a skill's output.

We review skills before listing them, but we provide them “as is” — you should still exercise judgement before running anything in a sensitive environment.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee that any skill will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SkillsOpus isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of any skill obtained through it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
